How to Apply for the 2023-2024 School Year

The 2023-2024 application window will open on Monday, February 13th, 2023 and close at 3pm on Monday, March 13th, 2023:

  1. Complete the online application form via the yellow button below.  This link will go live on February 13th.
  2. The school will contact you about your child's application status and possible participation in the 2023 lottery.  
  3. Once your child has an opportunity to accept a seat, you will be contacted to begin the enrollment process.

2023 TRM Lottery

Purpose

The lottery is used in the event TRM has applications exceeding the number of openings. During the lottery process drawings will be conducted for each grade level to determine seating for the next year and to place additional families not seated on the waiting list.

Process

The lottery will be held live at Three Rivers Montessori on Wednesday, March 22nd at 5:00pm. Each student who was registered will be assigned a number this number will be used in the live lottery. Results will also list the numbers for accepted students and the order of the students on the waitlist by number as well. Waitlist spaces are determined by the order in which a child’s name is drawn in the lottery. After the lottery, students are added to the wait list on a first-come-first-serve basis. 

Procedure

The Executive Director will facilitate the lottery which will include a drawing of the assigned numbers each potential family received at registration. Lottery results will be available on the night of the lottery and also posted on the website and at the school. Please note that siblings of current TRM students take priority for open seats.
