LEAD IN DRINKING WATER TESTING

TRM has conducted, Lead in Drinking Water testing per the Minnesota Department of Health and Education’s “Reducing Lead in Drinking Water:  A Technical Guidance and Model Plan for Minnesota’s Public Schools” recommendations. Please click the link below to read the full plan.

MN Statute 121A.335 requires public school buildings serving kindergarten through grade 12 to test for lead in potable water sources every five years, and to make results of these tests available. Testing results are available upon request.

CIVIL RIGHTS STATEMENT

or by writing a letter addressed to USDA. 


The letter must contain the complainant’s name, address, telephone number, and a written description of the alleged discriminatory action in sufficient detail to inform the Assistant Secretary for Civil Rights (ASCR) about the nature and date of an alleged civil rights violation. The completed AD-3027 form or letter must be submitted to USDA by:
